- I've progressed from blending & small-scale roasting, through espresso standards and barista training, and into sensory skills development and coffee assessment & advice, and quality assurance. I have 3 themes: 1) coffee should be luscious and magica; 2) life is too short for bad espresso; & 3) if you go down the same path you get to the same place - why?

I admire your vesting interest in the recent developments of AASCA. Yes there are minutes,Yes it was decided to change the logo and Yes this logo is now a product of AASCA.

The logo on the left is actually the New AASCA logo
and you will be seeing more of it as it will be on all membership and
competition forms. it is also on the AASCA.com holding page.
