About Me.
I've progressed from blending & small-scale roasting, through espresso standards and barista training, and into sensory skills development and coffee assessment & advice, and quality assurance. I have 3 themes: 1) coffee should be luscious and magica; 2) life is too short for bad espresso; & 3) if you go down the same path you get to the same place - why?
About my Company.
CoffeeLab Australia was established to bring together sensory skills and quality assurance to provide the coffee industry with independent & scientific review of coffee quality, roasting & blending profiles, and cafe coffee standards.
